What to do if you have forgotten or lost your Japan Rail Pass
To avoid such disappointment, please keep your Japan Rail Pass in a safe place with your passport and tickets.
In the case of a forgotten, lost or stolen Japan Rail Pass, please contact our customer support team (email@example.com) as soon as possible for further advice.
Japan Railway rules regarding forgotten, lost or stolen Japan Rail Pass Exchange Order tickets
Unfortunately the JR exchange office will only accept the original physical ticket vouchers that you will receive from us and the tickets we provide can not be reprinted or reproduced.
Japan Railway will not accept any e-versions, scanned copies or email confirmations of your order.
If you do not have your Japan Rail Pass voucher when you arrive in Japan, please contact our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible. Although we are unable to reissue a new ticket, we will be able to suggest alternative options or provide you with refund information.
